Love Yourself Therapeutic Bodywork
Content Strategy • Video Production • Social Media Content

The Challenge
Erin Nott brings more than two decades of experience in therapeutic bodywork, but her digital presence didn’t fully reflect the depth of that expertise.
The challenge was to create a consistent online presence that could turn Erin’s knowledge into useful, trustworthy content while respecting the limited time available to create it.
My Approach
Rather than creating individual posts week by week, I focused on building a repeatable content system.
Educational videos became the foundation, organized around the questions and concerns clients actually have. From there, longer content could be edited, repurposed and supported with social posts, branded graphics and consistent scheduling.
Throughout the process, preserving Erin’s own voice and expertise remained central to the strategy.
The Work

We have created a YouTube channel full of helpful videos for Erin’s Clients and anyone else who may find them helpful.

My Role
Content Strategy • Video Editing • Copywriting • Graphic Design • Content Planning • Social Scheduling
I manage the content production process from filming through publication, including video editing, captions, branded graphics, copywriting, content tracking, scheduling, and reusable templates.
Erin is the on-camera subject-matter expert and reviews content before publication. The practice’s existing website and logo predate my work.
Building the Next Chapter
This is an ongoing partnership. During our first six months, we moved from inconsistent posting to a repeatable content system with a defined weekly cadence, approval workflow, reusable templates, and a growing library of educational videos.
The system allows Erin’s expertise to reach beyond individual treatment sessions while creating an expanding library of resources for current and prospective clients.
